Hello 'Future' Buyer Specialist!We have more leads than we can handle! We need team members to work out of our Buford office with our pool of qualified clients looking for homes. If you are a motivated, self-starter with a positive mindset, and you want to build a successful career in real estate with low out-of-pocket costs, you may be what we are seeking. Ideally, you are in your first or second year of the business and you have completed a minimum of 4 transactions. You are willing to be 100% committed to a full-time career in real estate when you come on board.

Our agents are commissioned, 1099 independent contractors.

- Represent the company in a positive manner in all occasions and help build brand awareness throughout the community
- Participate in office meetings, ongoing training and development
- Willingness to be coached, follow office procedure, and work in a team environment
- Ability to adapt to ever-changing technology
- Using social media networks to identify potential contacts
